Our firm was started in 2008 by David Knoble. David has been a North Carolina CPA for over 17 years in Charlotte, NC and also holds a South Carolina CPA certificate. David earned his Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he also finished his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. After spending three years working with one of the Big Six accounting firms, David branched out into Real Estate.

David's Real Estate experience dates back to 1995 when he joined a small Charlotte entry level homebuilder and land developer. As the CFO, David helped this homebuilder grow in size from $25 million to over $100 million in revenues. David's contributions included both technology and finance. Prior to starting this firm, David was part of an entreprenurial group that started a homebuilding business in 2002. David created the estimating system that helped control the costs for over 300 homes. As a result of these endeavors, David's breadth of contributions and experience in Real Estate are diverse.

David is a member of the AICPA, the SCACPA and the NCACPA and has published articles with the National Association of Home Builders and also been featured in a book about running small accounting firms. David is active in the community as a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the Vice Chair of the Bond Oversight Committee with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. David enjoys backpacking and photography not missing a chance to mix the two with his family.

David brings a breadth of experience and creativity not often found in the accounting industry. Coupled with his deep understanding of Real Estate, Manufacturing and Services, he provides the backbone of this high quality CPA firm.
